PR Rejected but Documents not recieved for reapplying

Hello,

Our PR got rejected on June 15th becasue of non supportive Employer referral letter, and asked us to reapply, but its been more than 9 weeks that we havent received our documents which we have sent to immigration office canada through our conultanat, but last month we did receive the immigtaion fee DD, but still waiting for our dox as we are now ready with the referral letter.

Can any one help me how to and whom to contact on our documents as we have our original Police clearance certficate letters in the file that we have sent, and rest all were photo copies. I am bothered about my orginal PC certificates sow that we can reapply again.

Please advice any one.

You can email to your local Visa Office.

As far as PCC is concerned it is only valid if it was issued 3 months before the application. If the date on your PCC is more than 3 months before you file your application again, they will ask for it again.

I suggest you to get a new PCC before your apply.

While sending documents to CIO NS, do we need to send PCC also ? Is there any change in process how the application is processed.?

My understanding is that if your case is rejected after the completeness check at CIO, you do not get any of your documents back.

Nothing will return back even original except
Diploma
Passport
So no need to waste your time.As I know police certificate will expire with in 1 year

What are you talking about...passport to be returned by CIO/CHC?

Passports to be submitted only when requested by your VO.....at a latter stage when you almost clear all the steps of immigration.

what particular information you lack or have given in your employer letter which cause the rejection? Hope you can give light on this to help us applicants who have not yet submitted our applications.
