Hi if one visits Canada, then apply for PR in Canada. While the PR is pending, can s/he go to school? What is the process?

Azndude from my past experience my husband came as visitor but he wasn't allowed to attend school and it was written on his visa. I'm not sure if it does answer your question

1.  You would have to obtain acceptance from a Canadian school, you would have to apply at an office outside Canada for a study permit, you would have to show proof of funds to pay the tuition plus $10K living expenses for the first year.
