i got my student visa refused,i have re-applied fr the same(sept 2009) session again with the least hopes to get visa.
i have a fren there in canada. she says that i can move to canada on marriage basis,& continue studying there as a PR.
she says that she'll come soon as her PR card gets re-newed....... and she'll get married to me...
and i'll be able to there!!!
 is it possible???
if so.. how long this procedure takes to get PR there??
URGENTLY AWAITING PLLLLLLLLLLLZZZZZZZZZZZZ RESPOND!!!!!

If you can convince immigration that your marriage is real and not just for PR, then it will take several months for you to get PR.  However, since a lot of people try to scam immigration with fake marriages, it is not that easy.  Many real couples are even denied.

Sounds pretty sketchy to me!

Patience is a virtue. This is NOT a fast moving process. Especially when there are concers regarding how genuine the marriage is.

Sounds like visa shopping to me :S Hope she is more then just a "friend" and you are marrying for love not for study.  Depending on the country you are originally from in can take 3 months or over a year.
