URGENT HELP ON PR

hi iam abbas frm india i came 2 canada in 2005  and stayed for 4 months then came back 2 india due severe illness of my mother .then again i went 2 canada in dec 2007 for only 2 months  i stayed there then i had 2 come 2  india for same reason as above . now i need a sound guidance frm u all that when i want 2 go 2 canada  that i wont be stoped at the airport.plz give advice for safe  secure n hasslefree entry into canada as my pr card will expire at the end of this year.

There is no guarantee you will not have problems at the airport.  You have failed to fulfill the residency requirements so you have lost your PR status.  You can still try it.  If they catch you, they will give you 30 days to prove residency and you can make a claim for Humane and Compassionate reasons because your mother was ill.  If they deny you, then you have to apply for PR all over again.  If you get away with it, make sure you stay in Canada for a full 2 years before you try to renew your PR card.
