PR obligations. Never knew of this forum

Hi There,

I was short of two months on PR obligation due to mother's illness back-home.
Applied for PR renewal due to lack of proper info.
My PR renewal got delayed, may take upto 12 months.

I have completed 730 days obligation in Sept 2008.Need to visit home country & get back to Canada due to deaths in family.

Can some one guide about possible modes of getting back to Canada in the absence of PR card.
