Hi! If I am the principal applicant do not meet the 2 years obligation but my children who are dependants stay in Canada for over 2 years, can they renew their PR at the end of 5 years? Will my disqualification affect them?
I am finding it expensive to stay in Canada and am going back to Asia to work. but i plan to let my children stay.
