I got my canadian PR on may 2005 and visit Canada for only one month and my residency going to expriy on May 2010. Now I want to go to canada for ever. Is there any way I can go to Canada on same PR and stay in canada. Can anyone help me and give me good advice what happens if i enter now...................................Thanks waiting for reply.  Rahul

If you were only in Canada for one month between may 2005 and now, you have already lost your PR because you did not fulfill the residency requirements.  You should have moved back to Canada no later than June 2008 to keep your PR status.  You can read about the residency requirements at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5445EA.asp

If you want to apply for your PR again, you can check http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp to look for an immigration class you qualify for.
