My brother is in Canada and he's applying for PR this year. I'm 23 years old n in the 3rd yr of my MBBS degree. After my brother gets the PR, can I apply for it through him??? I would like to continue my higher studies in Canada. Smiley

No  you aren't eligible as a dependent
