Friends & Experts,
Am an AINP candidate and plan to perform my landing formalities and to tell the officer at POE that I will be going back to my US job immediately and return after 7 months, I heard there is no problem... but.. they would refuse PR cards saying that the PR cards will be issued when we move permanently.
1. Is there a specific timeline they expect us to return for sure(say my promised 7 months)
2. Can the PR card be still denied at a later date?
3./ Is there a way I can get them even after being refused this time dud to above reason. I do have a friend living in Alberta and ready to accept PR cards if shipped

Thanks in advance...
