Hi guys,
Finally after 7 weeks, PR cards for me and my husband has arrived but my son's PR card is not included. Where should I follow this up?

Call 1-888-242‑2100 on Monday and ask them about the status of your kids PR Card.

Can we dial this number from any city in Canada to check the status of PR CARD OR it is for Toronto only
