Hi Everyone,
I have to travel to UK urgently this Saturday.
I havn't received my PR Card yet.
Is this safe to travel without the PR Card and then when I will come back to Canada, I will get the Travel Document from the Embassy in UK.

Please advise if there is any risk doing that.

Many Thanks.

Regards.

You will have to have a travel document in order to return to Canada.

It should not be a problem.  Many people have to leave before the PR card.  Just go to the embassy in UK when you are there and ask them what you need to go back.  You might be ok just with your landing documents but probably should get a travel document too.
