PR Card - Strange status - help needed

Guys

I am in quite strange status, i landed on 13 sept 2010 and till now waiting for my PR card... As i am currently out of canada so quite confused what to do and where to call ?

Infact i tried to call on their call center but no response.. infact nobody picked the call... Does it work only from inside Canada?

Strange thing is that PR card for my wife is recieved at canadian mail address, but not for myself and my two kids... ppl suggesting that wait a little bit more as wife's PR has been recived but i am worried as now it is almost 3 months...

Anybody has faced such situation? Seniors, please advice where to contact to get the update.?

You can call at the below number : +16139444000 and go for option 1 2 1 2 0.  You can call during the week buisness hours to inquire about the status of your cards.

i had the same experienced as you... i landed last july 17,2010 and 90 days has passed but i didnt get my pr card so i decided to call the immigration office and unfortunately i found out that they have the wrong address recorded on there system they said they sent my pr card last september 9 2010 but it was nov 3,2010 that time.so i asked them whats the address they had on my file so i tried my luck to look for it on the said address fortunately after 1.5 month it were sent my PR card were still on that address wohooo.otherwise i have to fill out the declaration of lost pr card.

so might have different or mispelled address on thier file so contact them asap the number is 1-888-242‑2100
