pr card renewal - (IMM 5445) application questions

Just about to fill the renewal application (IMM 5445) but somewhat unclear on these questions;
# 2:. Date you became a PR of Canada
My Question. - Is it the day I finally moved to Canada or is it the date of landing!
#22 (D section - Residency obligation) - if you have been outside Canada for 1094 days or more....
My Question If I have completed 730 days, am I supposed to fill-in the the D section - Residency obligation, at all?

I know, these questions may sound silly but I don't want to take any chances with my application.

The day you landed. It is also written somewhere on the back of your PR card.

No, you dont need to.

Its says "If you have been..."
