pr card renew, help with legal change of name instruction....

Couldn't find information about this...
Tried to call to call centre, with no luck of talking with someone...they are soooo busy

Anyway, I have my pr card with my maiden name. I took my husband's name and changed it to my home country already. So I will be receiving new passport(EU) with my married name soon(2weeks or so).

I have to apply urgently new pr card, since we have trip booked for end of January. I am wondering is the passport enough for them? Or do i have to translate the paper i got from my country after changing my name?
I guess i have to change my name to health card and sin card before applying, since they want something like that as well.

I am planning to send my application as urgent, since i have proof of travel. what happens if i don't get new pr card on time? can i still travel? my trip is 9 days.

You might need a legal name change document.  If it is neither French or English, you need a translation.
