pls...can anyone tell me if i can go to philippines without may pr card yet here in canada? is there anyway to get it fast? they say its 6-8 weeks frm nov 22 and im booking my flight on dec 31..what to do???pls help me..need your advise

You can go back to the Philippines - but you'll need a travel document to re-enter Canada.

Or have someone courier it to you Philippines when it arrives in Canada, you save $50 and from having to apply for TD.
