hello this is regarding on our PR card we landed in toronto as immigrant last june 24, 2011 but until now we're still waiting for our PR card, we tried to follow up our PR card and we find out that there's a mistake on the date on arrival base on their record we landed june 23, 2011 but  the truth are we landed of june 24, 2011 base also on our COPR and passport, they says it must be a cause of delayed until now almost 3 months there's no card yet for us and it's still under investigation what do you think? what will happen on our card it's possible they will issue card or it will cause a problem on our status? thanks

Talk to he agent at the CIC Call Centre.
Your copy of COPR  is the evidence that you are a landed immigrant. Your status will not be changed for the delay from CIC for correcting and re-issuing the PR Card.

hi!

i was wondering if you got your PR card already... They made a mistake of my landing date as well! Sad i landed july 25 but they recorded it as jul 27! Sad did you try to contact anyone regarding this?

sorry for asking too much.. i'm just so sad right now.. did you call the CIC call center often? when did you get your card?

yes i called the CIC just to follow up our PR card bec. its been more than 3 months since we arrived in toronto, then i found out that it was on hold and under investigation due to wrong date of arrival. Then after 2 to 3 weeks i tried to follow up again and its says that it was already delivered then after 4 days we received our PR card.
