Hi
My husband, my daughter and myself became PR in March 2011. We came back to USA as my husband is working here. Now I am expecting another child and will be delivering in USA. Should i inform CIC about it. What will be the procedure to include the baby in PR? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

Read the section under "sponsoring your family" in the CIC website.

You will need to sponsor the baby for PR.  In order to do this, you need to be residing in Canada.  Therefore you should wait until you have settled in Canada and then start the sponsorship.  As the baby has a US passport, it will be visa exempt to Canada, so it can come with you as a visitor.
