Hi all,

I am a little stuck in a PR card issue...

I landed through Windsor Tunnel in 08/2010.

For some reason, my and my daughter's PR card got returned from the Vancouver address I had given.

Now, I need to apply for the cards again as per a response from CIC, NS center and also pay the fee.

In the application, I need to provide the address I lived in the last year. I am planning to provide the US address, but that will establish that I am not in Canada currently. Also declarations and signatures should legally be made with Chicago location.

My dilemma is - is it ok to give Vancouver address in the residence history section and sign Vancouver on the application. I will be getting this mailed from Vancouver and pay from a Canadian bank account.

You cannot apply from USA.

you can not apply from USA, travel canada and apply from inside Canada only.
