hello this is regarding on our PR card we landed in toronto as immigrant last june 24, 2011 but until now we're still waiting for our PR card, i tried to follow up our PR card and we find out that there's a mistake on the date on arrival base on their record we landed june 23, 2011 but the truth are we landed of june 24, 2011 base also on our COPR and passport, they says it must be a cause of delayed until now almost 3 months there's no card yet for us and its still under investigation what do you think what will happen on our card it's possible they will issue card or it will cause a problem on our status thanks

Hi I landed June 21st 2011 and have not received my PR Card yet either. I am not too worried about it yet since I have no plans to travel out of Canada anytime soon. You must have also landed during the time of the Canada post strikes, I try to convince myself that the delay is a product of the strikes. Hopefully we will receive our PRs soon. |

I just got off the line with a CIC call center Agent and I am glad I called! I landed June 21st and have been waiting for my PR card since then. The agent told me they have been waiting for an address from me to process the card. I DID PROVIDE AN ADDRESS TO THE IMMIGRATION OFFICER WHEN I LANDED. So it take at least another 48 business days to get my PR card. So please call you never know what might have happened to your hubby's card. Adzees thank you again! |

You are welcome. Do you have any proof that you provided them with the address at the time of landing. If yes then you can fight, so they can escalate up your card issuing process. |
