I landed on 18th june. But have not received my PR card till yet.But my husband got it in 8 weeks time.I  need to travel but dont know wht to do?
Call centre agents are saying that I ve to wait 2 more weeks and then they ll send me solemn declaration that I have never received my card to process new card. But i know,It ll take ages to get new one.

Yup...unfortunately this is what the procedure says. U have to wait longer and longer if something goes wrong. But u can still travel outside canada but return needs to be through PRTD process that u can get from another country based on your COPR....

I landed in Toronto with my family on 4th July 2011. We haven't yet received our PR cards.

When I call on 18882422100, after going through all automated options the call ends saying 'all the representative are currently busy, try after some time. Thursday and friday are less busy days. And thats it, the call ends. I tried on (today) thursday also but same message after staying on line for 10-15 minutes. It is so funny, where to contact now? It is more than 73 days now and there is no trace of our damn PR cards.

Nitin, it is taking 9-10 weeks these days to get the PR card and there is no way to expedite it.

Any idea on the time lines of PR travel document from NDVO, how much time it takes?

SISH7255,You can skip those options by just pressing 1then 2 then 1and 0 to speak to agent.you can skip all messeges by pressing these numbers in order. No need to write all details of client I.D.I am calling them from 2 months so m kind of master in it now.If u cannt get through jst try 2nd time.i am lucky enough to speak to them every time I call.Just keep trying for few minutes.morning time is best to call.
