hai friends, am a migration applicant from india.am appliend under pre june 2010 applicant.i submitted all my documents to delhi visa office and i got 2nd file no.now last 6 months my online status shows that my documents received by visa office.now am planing to do a higher study in canada.so am looking for a university course  in canada.but  i heard that i already applied for the migration so canada embassy will not issue a student visa.is it a correct  news or not?

No issue , you can apply for canada Student visa or another countries visa but keep update to your local CHC.

You can apply for visa. BUT as you are a PR applicant, and its assumed that you are planning to move to Canada (PR route), its probably difficult to get student visa.
