Hi there,

I am an FSW worker(skill category A) currently working in Toronto on a work permit till jan next year (bound to extend ).I have been here for a year now.My employer has provided me with an LMO with an offer of a permanent job.
My spouse is also skill category 'A'.

I am interested in applying for PR in Canada and planning to submit the following docs:-

1. PR application Package as per CIC guidelines
2. IELTS Score(Score 7.5)
3. My work exp and edu qualification docs and my Spouse's work exp and educational  qualification docs.
4. LMO copy
5. Fee

Before proceeding to apply,i would like to confirm from the experts if i am missing anything here...or am i good to proceed?

Appreciate your help in this regard.

-Thanks

Thanks very much...

My LMO copy is the one that my employer would use for work permit extension and it is for 1 year extension after Jan next year.Hope this would be accepted as supporting document for my PR application.

Please note:-I am on permanent roles with the company...but am not applying under the arranged employment offer(AEO) which is employment on indeterminate basis

Will my case proceed with CIC.As all these procedures are so new...i am little bit confused.God bless someone who could throw light on this one?

i would like to reconfirm this before proceeding to submit my documents to Nova Scotia Sad

Thanks in advance
