PR application refused/rejected

Today I got notification that my PR application is refused. In that letter they said email was sent a month before requesting the proof of funds. Actually, I never got any mail and was not aware of the fact , until today I got post mail that my application got refused. I have sufficient funds also in my accounts.

Appreciate if you some tell me how can approach them make my case re-open?

send  them an email enquiry about  ur case mentioning that u havent received the email thus didnt took action . Write them a letter as soon as possible. same time send them a cover letter what happened and y?( eg ur waiting for intimation. but  got refusal letter in that mentioned abt email sent to mebut i never received any mail) so pls reconsider my case. and also send proof of funds which they asked probably they r asking again bcos they rnot satisfied might be... so send sufficient funds along with letter.

make sure after sending u must have copy of documents ur sending even the cover letteretc....

tell me exactly what they mentioned in the refusal letter they will give u the reason why they refused..... atlast they will mention (eg u havent met the reqwuirements .hence iam refusing ur application)

prev post of urs shows that u lack points.. so then its hard to tell u its not possible unless u score 67 points no chance of processing willbe done sorry dude for the refusal.

his previous post was in 2008 not 2010.... so it is 2 year 3 months....

nobody gets two rejections in a span of 3 months wih different reasons. why are you making stories my friend. people here try to help each other out. so dont make it your play ground...
