I am an Indian Citizen and on B1 in USA, I am planning to Apply for PR for Canada.

My status:

1. 10(SSC)+ 3yrs (3yrs Degree, Distance Program) of Education
2. 10+yrs of Exp of Exp in HR and Admin
3. Can very well talk write and understand english, Have one year work exp in USA, can provide exp letters.
4. I am into IT Staffing and can work from home in Canada (will this be considered as Arranged Employement)
5. I am married and My wife discontinued degree.
6. No Police/Criminal records
7. Healthwise Fit and fine.

Will i qualify for application for PR, if not, where do you think I am  lacking?

i am a junior student of cuttington university majoring in agriculture. i want to work and live in canada

2.  No, home base business will not qualify as arranged employment.
