i'm a bit confused about the size of picture needed for PR application..
could someone help me pls.

Read the instructions for the photos here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf  appendix A

or just go to BLACK's.Tell them you need to have your picture taken for PR.They know right away the size and how the pic should look like.
