PR application for Live-in caregiver

Hello sa lahat po...It has been 3months I passed my application for PR but can't see it on e-cas...i am worried about my application,.

Right, I am a little bit worry about my application..one of my friend submitted her application last march2010 and until now, she haven't heard  or even did not receive anything from the immigration..

I hope job_seeker the immigration will surprise us soon..I would be happy if I can see it through e-cas my application is in process...

anyways, mag tatanong po ako sa may mga experience about sa pag bakasyun sa pinas..In my case, I went home for a month vacation last december 2010-jan3, that time npasa ko na po ang PR appication ko...and now, me and my sister is planning to go for a vacation on august..tanong ko lang po, is it safe to go home while my papers is on process?does anyone here get through like this situation?please share it to me, medyu natatakot kc ako..

Ok lng vacation ka as long you have valid work permit, valid re-entry visa and get a letter to your current employer that you are  still working for them.

 @ tinkermarie- dint worry about not seeing your application on ecas yet. CIC received my application by 7 July. It appeared on ecas only this april. That's almost 9 months

 @  lyne, umuwi ako nung december2010 with my first employer, pag balik ko nung jan2011 nrelease nila ako..this is my current employer then gusto ko ulit mag vacation with a valid work permit and kukuha ako re-entry visa sa pinas..is it safe kaya?d kaya ma apektuhan papers ko?need help while d pa ako nka book nang ticket ko..salamat:)

nope because sabi sa new application ngaun d daw po pde umuwi while nakaprocess po application yo just read the new application for the live-in caregiver...

Well tinkermarie, they going to assess your paper pag nag re-entry ka, ang payo ko wala ka na sa amo,therefore wag ka ng magbakasyon uli baka hadlang pa yan na hnd ka makabalik.kung ang officer na natapat sayo tatanungin ka if you are still with workin with your employer, then wala ka na sa amo mo, wala ka ng babalikan pa for work dto sa canada.Maliban nalang kung andon ka pa sa amo mo or may bago kang amo.

ok guys can we have a vacation ng mga 4 or 5 months? i want to go home first lalu na ngaoyn wla pa open work permit ko and patagal ng patagal ang processing time nkakakainip na gusto ko na sumuko

 @  lyne, un din kinatatakot ko baka d ako mkabalik, may new employer na ako at may new valid work permit na ako ngaun..just wanna to make sure if safe ba na uuwi kahit valid lahat documents ko uf mag bakasyun with a different employer..thanks lyne hope you could share more information to me..thanks:)

Kung my amo k na at bagong work permit di ok lng n magbakasyon ka, hingi k sa amo mo supporting letter.or call k sa cic para maliwanagan ka. :-)

Hi lyne, d kaya ako masabit dun sa pinas?nka dalawang uwi ako with different employer pero nung first employer ko that time napasa ko na application for PR ko..sa ngaun, may new employer na ako then waiting ako sa papaers ko by october or november.
