PR Application Files Transferred from Buffalo ----> Los Angeles VO from Sep 2011

Hey guys i have one question since my status is like as i pasted under.......my question is that like everyone got one addition line that...." you file is in process on this date or that, but my e-cas status shows IN PROCESS since jan. 2010." I just freaked out while saw so many negative responses on this forum after wait of more den years and they got rejection.

We received your application for permanent residence on March 22, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 10, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Los Angeles office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on June 29, 2010. The Los Angeles office may contact you.
 
We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on November 8, 2011. The Los Angeles office may contact you. ......date"

For your ecas status it is not IN PROCESS. Even my status turned to In Process in Jan 2011 but when I requested my CAIPS later in this year I come to know that my file even did not touch by VO in Jan month. So this is system glitch. Until a line added to your status like " We reviewd your file and started processing on so date." Its not In Process. Treat this as RBVO.

Seems like your file transfered on November 8. So definetely  before christmas you will get good news.

i have my status updated to Decison Made with following lines added...

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 9, 2011.
 
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.


I dont know what this means.. confused..

Sorry to hear this news. but now a days its frequent this most probably can be a system problem too.

But you know 0213 is very dangerous category they are rejecting based on the absence of solid letter from employer mentioning your duties as a Project Manager.  As most of the employers are not giving this letter we will use offer letter and some other reference letter. Most of the time they won't satisfy with the contents we gave to them.Its all luck.

 So keep your fingers crossed and pray.......... that it should be system problem.
Second for fast answer just go to your nearest MP they can get the quick answer on this from VO.

Third be ready with your documents to file in CEC.

Last week my ecase changed to decision made from In-Process. I haven't received any medical request. So I send a case specific inquiry to Los Angles VO and I got the response today saying;
" A letter will be sent this week with information about your case."

I applied under NOC 0213. I am just praying God for a positive response. I will pray for your case also.



Below are the details in my ecase;
We received your application for permanent residence on January 18, 2010.

Don't waste your time praying. Start looking for some other immigration opportunities.

Hey i definitely agree with you....but all fate's or destiny or Canada immigration fault....moreover mine get transfers on 8th of nov. and its been more then 45 daz but no update even though there is added line of file in process from this date in my e-cas status but was in process since jan......and i just left with only one thing....time time time......

I got my MR but nothing about the interview or the RPRF. I already submitted my POF and Birth Certificate when I sent my documents to Buffalo.

But the RPRF has not been requested and  I have not submitted it yet. The DMP has already sent in the results of the Medical Examination and I am now contemplating on sending my RPRF by itself.

Keep me informed on what you decide.

Even I did not receive the RPRF but they asked me to send the Fund proof. There is no harm in paying RPRF in advance. Its al depend on VO they can send with MR or with PPR.
Can you share when you receive the MR.

Thanks guys for your responses. My file was transferred to LA Office on 28th September and I had received MR letter dated November 28th or 29th. LA Office has not asked me for any documents. I had submitted all the documents along with the application sent to Buffalo - Proof of Funds, Police Clearance Certificates, Birth Certificates and all.

I had completed my medicals and am not sure whether my DMP had sent the medical results to Ottawa or not, I am hoping they had already mailed them .

I am planning to send RPRF and my Canadian PCC (I moved to Canada in 2011) after the holidays to LA Office and will start playing the waiting game.

I am FSW1, Pre June applicant with 2nd AOR from Buffalo in the 1st week of November 2010.

The MR Received data put in this table is the date that is shown on eCAS on when the file was transferred to LA and not when LA started to review right. I just want to be sure as I have to plan something based on your data. Mine got transferred to LA on 8 Nov but the File is under review only from 14th Dec.
