Has anyone who got MR from Los Angeles VO recently received an RPRF letter with it?

I just received the Medical form (Schedule A) and the four page list of instructions for the same. Is not receiving the RPRF letter a cause for concern?

My MR did not include RPRF and New Police Certificate. I only received Schedule A aswell

Sorry guys I was busy with my work. I got the MR on Dec 2,2011 in a brown envelope. Its dated 28-Nov-2011. With MR they asked me to submit the Funds proof. They give me 120 days for this. After transfer file to LA I send couple of emails to LA which they replied after sending me MR. They did not ask me any police certificates. I have question that shall I submit RPRF with Bank statements or wait for their instructions.

Hey guys i have one question since my status is like as i pasted under.......my question is that like everyone got one addition line that...." you file is in process on this date or that, but my e-cas status shows IN PROCESS since jan. 2010." I just freaked out while saw so many negative responses on this forum after wait of more den years and they got rejection.

We received your application for permanent residence on March 22, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 10, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Los Angeles office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on June 29, 2010. The Los Angeles office may contact you.
 
We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on November 8, 2011. The Los Angeles office may contact you. ......date"
