Hey kia...i just wonder don't you need PR card before travelling internationally and i think PR card need approx. 37 business daz....otherwise gonna problm while re-entry to canada. Isn't it like ds?

Once you get your passport don't finish the landing procedure and you will be fine. While coming back from India you can finish your landing.How did you send it your passport and which envelope you put it inside for getting your passport back. |

Once you get your passport don't finish the landing procedure and you will be fine. While coming back from India you can finish your landing.How did you send it your passport and which envelope you put it inside for getting your passport back.
Hello skFSW, Thanks for the reply....I sent my pp through Fedex n put a fedex envelope in it.....so i was tracking my fedex and no use....i think these guys are using usps....i faxed my ticket with a letter stating my emergency to go home...still no reply....  |

K3: No worries--we are in the same boat. My DMP just mailed the reports to Ottawa and gave me FedEx tracking numbers. He said the documents should be there by the end of the week. When did your medicals reach Ottawa? Best, Bonny |

Passport arrived along with my COPR. One point to note, they did not put a visa in my passport as I'm from a visa exempt country. I got a shock at first but once I read the letter from the consulate it all made sense.
are you from US? |

finally have the canadian immigrant visa.  I went to the LA office personally, little tiring to travel and somewhat more expensive but finally done. Surprisingly quiet at the LA office as compared to Buffalo! |
