Hi OMM bhai,
Me pan PR ni file muki chhe.....mari time line:
CIO received my file on 8th April 2011.
They sent me email with my file no. on 11th may.
After that my Status is RBVO.
Tamara experience par thi su lage chhe....haju ketali vaar lagse file process ma aavta....
Me CAIPS note order kari chhe....but haju maro credit card charge nathi thayo....
Forum mujab i think atyare Nov-Dec 2010 ni filo MR and PPR receive kare chhe...

I agree--very frustrating....LA was moving pretty fast until last couple of weeks.

Those who have the experience, could you please let me know what documents I have to take along? Congrats Bonny. yeah you are right but my DMP asked 3 photos for each person. Just check with your DMP what they need. And yes you need to take passport. |

Yes you can travel. However you will need a Travel Document in order to return to Canada here it is from qorax: How To Enter Canada W/Out A PR Card: As per IATA & CBSA regulations, we cannot enter Canada w/out a PRC. However, if we are entering thru a Border Post by road, it doesn't matter -our COPR is enough for entry/exit. But, if we are travelling by an airline & boarding/entering thru an a/port we will Not be Permitted. At the embarkation port itself we will be Stopped by the airline staff. The process in such cases is to apply for a 'PRTD-A31 (3)' [Temporary 'PR Travel Document'] at the local CHC [abroad]. It costs Ca$50. Details of it is provided at the 'Manual for Permanent Resident Card' (ENF 27). Rod People need info on this. Can we travel outside of Canada after completing landing in Canada or do we need to wait till we get the PR card?

HEy bonny, congrts buddy...i told u wait fr tuesday......nyways read good news....and if u gt one pic. attached on ur medical request form den u need only 2 pic. of urs as in mine case DMP asked me fr only 2 pics. as one was already attached on the form by LA people.....good luck to all of us for the next step.....

hi ram, Its very sad. But by looking your timeline as you mentioned that they started processing on 27th Oct and you did your Medical on Nov 4. Is it you got your MR email so fast or you did advance medical. Few answers required from your end Did you send any inquiry email to them yet.-If yes then did you receive any response from them Are you in Canada or outside. If you are inside Canada then you have option to contact your MP they can check with Head office what is pending in your file. If you are outside then send a fax asking that you did not receive any feedback on your application and ask them politely if something is pending on your end. We will hope for you to get the good news soon. |
