Thnx...and i applied under CEC to and now they are showing both status under one file no. do u have any idea that is that CEC file going to effect mine FSW2 file?.......i really need an reliable answr, since i been more then 2 yrs and i gt medical under FSW2 ategory i dnt want to mess up.... i really cant bear more wait.........please advise me.......
forget about status. Don't worry at all. Both files will go parallel. If by chance you will get MR then just contact ottawa office to update the medical in your cec application. once you will get landed under any category send an email to VO for other application to close it. and they will cancel it. |

Hi guys I am new on this forum. The following is my timeline. One of my brother said to me that it would be better if I am prepared with FBI report and Bank Transaction for 3 months. What do you suggest for me,guys? I need suggestion and want to know where I am in the process. By the way, I am in FSW1 category.
We received your application for permanent residence on March 4, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 20, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Los Angeles office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on April 28, 2010. The Los Angeles office may contact you.

yes bro, better get the FBI and keep other bank statement documents. once they will request it send it right away to them. and if you patienceto wait for PR then you can wait for LA instruction then proceed accordingly. |

Thanks K3. Its really helpful for me.One more question is that the 3 month(90 days) they will take to notify me what documents I need to submit ? I heard to make FBI report it takes around 2 months.I don't know in details how long does it take but I will be happy if I am done with the process by this summer. |

I personally will get a copy of my FBI when it has been 45 days of my file transfer since it seems that the time is now about 77-90 days from transfer to get medicals. It seems to be getting slower. Pradip, Unfortunately yes. If you look at the spreadsheet there are two. However, they never shared the reason for denial I even sent them a private message and never heard back.
