Hi Kia123,

I got PRR today! It is said in that letter, " Your passport(s) will be returned by courier envelope ONLY when you have pre-paid the courier company for the return service and enclose a completed shipping label."

How do you send your passport to LA?
I remember someone mentioned it is better to send it through UPS, not Fedex? Where did you buy the pre-paid envelope? Do you write your address on the envelope or you simple put an address lable into the envelope?

Thank you!

Hi jasminezxm,
I sent my passport through fedex, itz better to send in ups....the envelope should be pre-paid and 9x12.....sender should be ur address.....sorry for late reply was buzy packing....going home..... Cheesy

I still see the line "Your file is pending review" It never changed to we started processing your application and I see Decision Made. Spoke to the immigration agency through which we filed our PR application, she says DM is sometimes rejection, sometimes it is because they have sent MR or they need any more documents. She asked me to wait for 3-4 days as they will get any communication from LA office in 3-4 business days. Really speaking I am not convinced with her reply. Really disheartened, just having 1 hope that since I never saw the line "we started processing your application...." may be it's a technical issue.......

Praying that it works out fine though doesn't feel it will be........

Writing this to find out if anyone whose file transferred before or to be specific on 1st dec 2011, is seeing the line "we started processing your appl...." or are they still seeing "pending review ..." line?

Hi sanjay...sorry to hear about this, ....i think u shld study ur case and if you think that u r very much eligible, then prepare to re-apply this or ritt or watever the word is.....or either go fr PNP or CEC...they are faster thn this....tc.

Hello All,

Are the passing scores/ Points for between Jan 2010 to 26-Jun-2010 i.e. Pre-26th jun 2010 applicant was 67 or 64? Does anyone know this? It seems to me that it was less than 67 but I can't recall and can't find that information. I m wondering if anybody know any links for the points back then, then it will be really helpful.

Anyone please share the link if you have or know about this info.

I checked it again, it was dot 67 for us. Now I m thinking it could be related to points, don't know where they evaluated less, if I loose even single point then my application is not eligible.
My wife is graduate with 3 yr degree course and 2 year diploma, not sure if they gave her 3 points or 4. If they gave her 3 points then this is where we loose. I have provided all certificates and have even given the letter from US (used for H1 application) which showed that diploma course and the hours on that course made that course equivalent to MS. What I am wondering is, if they evaluated and were not satisfied, then should'nt they ask for supporting documents?

Please let me know your thoughts on same. Meanwhile I m going to wait on their response and reason. Pretty much I m thinking we are screwed up here.

Sanjay,

I think it might have been points related. In particular with the points for your wife as you mentioned. If what she had is a course certificate this might be hard to prove that it is equivalent  to 2 years equivalent studies. Lets wait and see bc all we are doing now is guessing... What I find hard to beleive is that your representative was nor upfront with you  Lips sealed

Good luck
Rod
