[b]Dear friends
I seek your advice on my situation as I am really confused, I landed in sept 2006 stayed one month, left Canada to settle some issues, returned to Canada on may 2007, I had to leave again on December 2007, my question is how much time is left for me to stay outside Canada to maintain my PR????

You can be gone up to 1095 days in a 5 year period so that is 3 years or 36 months you can be gone.  You have been outside Canada for total 18 months so you can be outside Canada for another 18 months before you must go back. For actual calculation of days, you have to do yourself to make sure you are not gone too long.  After you go back, you always need to calculate back the last 5 years if you are ok to leave Canada and for how long.
