From my observations, most of the time London VO send PPR by email; less often they send by post.

Any London Applicant received PPR from London Visa office............. How did you get that PPR: by e-mail or mail?

We are based in London and our Attorney got our PPR by email.

Hi, if you are in touch by London CHC through email (like sending ecase queries) , so you will receive PPR through email only, else the will post you the hard copy.
