PPR Recieved:Demanded Passports to CIC London

Dear All,

They have demanded our PPTs to CIC london to issue visas! I dont understand how would I do that, sending PPT via courrier is illegle and if i seek UK visa that would take more than 90 days and that too is not guranteed that we would be issued visas to UK? we are sort of in middle of no where after recieving the PPR...we are trying to seek proper way out... any suggestions please??

From where r u trying to send passports?

From UAE, Fedex and DHL are available to carry passports which is LEGAL.

From Pakistan or India, should contact your local CHC office who will advise you the procedure for PP delivery to CHC London for visa stamping

Your passport will be kept for max 4 to 6 weeks (probability is high). It could be as early as 15 days too. Your PPR must have given u this indication. During that period, u off course can not apply for anyother visa due to non availability of passports.

Relieved...I checked from my local CHC and they said I could send my photos,information form and copies of PPT to CIC London, who would then process the visa and forward to local CHC and then they would request our PPTs and paste the visa and handover the landing papers.... sounds good to me so far;D

Yaar Waterloo09 I dont think I can reply or send you PM as I am not authorized to send Personal message..probably i am newbee yet..anyways......my meds were sent on first week of may-11, I think you should get them anytime soon, my status is also In Process at the moment!! dont worry Ramzan is on corner keep praying and make the most of it! it helps

Yes I have heard of others doing this too. Called Stage 1 and Stage 2 of passport requests!
