Hello guys,

Just wondering how ppr gonna come for us (with spouse living outside canada)? If it comes to us (principal applicant) like we received medicals, can we sent that ppr to spouse and she can stamp visa from her nearest embassy by walking in? (in my case can my wife stamp her visa from New delhi by just walking in  -to embassy like everybody does here in Losanageles and seattle). or do I have to gather her passport and sent to buffalo or she herself can send to buffalo or Newdelhi by post?

Also can we pay RPRF without waiting for PPR? If yes how?

hai, you need to collect all dependent's passport and need to send all passport together to Buffalo, note :she cant sent passport by post from India. this s illegal. so when u going for vacation you can bring with you or your friend who going to vacation to India they can bring them with authorized  letter from your wife. this s the only and better way i thing.

Thanks Manitha for ur immediate reply...
So Buffalo is the only way I can stamp the visa??. I dont have any plan to go India soon and I dont have any friends here from India.. Do you know any other option? In that case it will kill a lot of time gathering passport and sending back to her if she have to come here..
