Hi guys,
can someone tell me how do they send PPR? By e-mail, or mail?
Is there any chance that passport request is made by mail? I'm going through Vienna VO.

Even within the same visa office,  it varies. There's little consistency with CIC, you simply have to be on the lookout both in your virtual and physical mailbox.
