PPR after medical for those who applied to buffalo in Jan/Feb 2011

If you applied Buffalo in January/Feb 2011 and you recieved your AOR in email with some UCI # and application #, please share your time line here.. Well if you recieved PPR for sure let us know..

Hey Morgan,
Thanks for ur reply.. Just wondering did u recieved AOR as an email. or u recieved medicals and aor directly in post like those who applied before jan 18. I have exact timeline as yours, like they recieved my file on Jan 28 in Buffalo. but i recieved my aor on july 25 and medicals on aug first week..

I hope u r aware that ROSSEI who applied on Jan 18 recieved his ppr after two weeks after his medicals recieved there.. But he recieved his aor by email on july 18..and medicals by post on july 23  So just want to know if u recieved Aor by email, or both medicals and aor together in post.. so that i know they have a new system in place which makes it faster...  Hopefully..

Hi, Sinpguy,

I recieve my AOR and Medical Request by postal mail. They come together... well, Roosei is really fast. So I guess maybe we are not the "fast track". Anyway, cross our fingers!!! Keep me updated.

Same happened to me few weeks ago! I saw my addres for a good week or two aftir I recieved my medicals/AOR; and then suddenly disappeared. There is no certain answer to why this has happened. But a very knowledgeable Gentlemnen on this board name Rossei states that addresses usualy disappears if there is some change in the file...it could be anything -  from your information change, or medicla updates etc...It could be a good sign. But we need to get some consistency in the answer to your question to believe if its true. All we ould do is be patient and nd wait fo them to reach you. Dont let this bother oyu, cz e-CAS is a joke and is giing problems to 80% of the applicants.

Rossei:
Since you have recievd your passport Request! When do they usually do the criminal and background checks? before or after the mediclas? how long does that take?
I may even ask you that, did you submit a copy of a police clearance of canada? I know few people who sends a copy of police clearance certificate with their application , even tho it is not needed(canadian police clearance). They get all the information online for canadian crimincal cheks these days.

I've no idea re: criminal and background checks. I never submitted police clearance of Canada as it wasn't a requirement.

I work for a govt. (provincial) owned company and my wife is a foreign doctor/IMG. As you know that doctors are in high demand for immigration in Canada even though they are not competent to work right after landing. These MAY play as a positive reinforcement for fast track. JUST A WILD GUESS !!!
