Needs seniors' expert opinion....

The software house where I did my job from 1999 to 2005, is no more operational. Employer closed his business last year.I do have experience certificate from this software house as well as references letter, however I am concerned about verification part during application processing at any stage......any contact from immigration/visa office to my previous office numbers will not respond as it is no more functional.

can this thing go against to me?

How should I communicate this fact to CIO canada while submitting my initial application for immigration as FSW? I don't see any place in Schedule 3 form to mention such deails.

Is there anybody who applied to CIO or visa office with same situation?

I have read regarding a similar case in this forum.
As far as i remember the suggestion was something like this --> In these hard economic times it is not surprising that many companies are going bankrupt and closing their doors. And CIC also knows/understands this. If you have worked in a company which does not exist anymore then mention your case on a additional sheet and explain it to the Visa office.
They do consider these type of cases.

hope this helps

This should not be a problem unless you provide proper experience letter, pay stubs or some proof that you were working in that company and you can explain them that the company is no more now..
