Only 2 ways.
1. Get a visitor visa (TRV) to Canada approved, and you can claim asylum when you arrive. If you can't get a TRV approved, then you can't claim asylum in Canada directly.
2. Move out of Pakistan, and register as a refugee with an organization like UNHCR. They will try to match you to a country that will accept you as a refugee (could be any country, not just Canada).

Hi .. i fond this place from hard search. . I am Sudanese i came to saudi Arabia from sudan about 2 month ago because i am searching for an asylum, i am a Flight Operation and worked in a company related to the sudanese national security and refused order from government (this is long case maybe i will say it later on ) but now i can't back to home and i am searching for an asylum immediately. . So please i need a help .. thank you

You have two options for claiming asylum. The first is to get a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada and claim asylum once you arrive here. The second is to be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR and selected for resettlement in Canada. Unfortunately UNHCR doesn't have a presence in Saudi Arabia so you would need to relocate to a different country that does.
