Kindly advise to whom i have to address the affidavit for my change in date of place planning to come to BC Canada .
My local office in India saying birth certificate is difficult to change since before birth certificate i have my passport and sslc certificate recently only birth certificate issued so they are saying that they can issue a notarized letter signed by collector but to whom i have to address
