Options to Continue Education in BC?

My wife took a break from her career in 2012 after conceiving first child & Now she wants to return to job. She is MBA (HR) from a reputed Indian University and Also has 3 years of work experience ( Including 2 years in USA).

She feels little rusty now & want to brush up on few things before actually going in job search.

Any recommendation on class/courses in BC area? Part time or full time.. preferably in class experience than online class.

I guess nobody has answered given maybe they were waiting to see what specific role your wife was planning to look for employment and did not want to assume HR just because HR is her major qualification.
