Hello there, I friend of mine wants to apply as High Skilled Worker, he studied Architecture for five years and finished school but he never got his degree (he didn't write the thesis and professional exam to get it) Can he still apply as High Skilled worker and how many point he can obtain for his education? thanks in advance for your help.
