post june applicants received letter from VO to wait 12 months, after 2nd AOR

This refers to your application for permanent residence in process at the Canadian Consulate General, Sydney.
Your case has undergone an initial review and it has been determined that an interview will be required in order to fully assess your application. Your case has therefore been placed in the queue of cases awaiting interview. This queue continues to grow and it is therefore difficult to estimate when you can anticipate receiving your interview date. Cases are scheduled for interview according to the date your application was received by our office. We will generally be able to give you 4 weeks advance notice of your interview date. Residents of Fiji will be interviewed in Nadi. Residents of New Zealand will generally be interviewed in Auckland. All other applicants will be interviewed in Sydney.
Applicants who are unable to communicate well in either of Canada's official languages of English or French are responsible for making arrangements to have an official interpreter available at their interview. Friends, family members, or legal representatives are not acceptable as interpreters.
Non-resident applicants should note that the Consulate General will not make interventions with the Australia, New Zealand or Fijian authorities in regard to either an applicant's entry to these countries or their continued sojourn there.
If there are changes in your family status (eg. marriage, divorce, birth of children etc.), address, phone number, or if you have other important information (eg. changes in employment, new education certificates), please notify our office in writing immediately giving the file number shown at the top of this letter.
Please do not write about the status of your application unless you have not heard from this office for at least twelve months from the date of this letter.(this is in bold letter in letter)
An interview in no way implies that your application will be successful. You should not dispose of any property or make decisions in regards to education or employment until a final decision has been made on your case, which will be subsequent to your interview.

The above email I have received from the Sydney VO, in regard to my CSE....Any Idea, guys....But I am confused, how come they will postpone processing of file, for another 12 months, as I am post june applicant.....

comments will be highly appreciated.

May I request you to please copy paste your letter received from NDVO about 12 months wait (minus your personal details of course) so that it will throw some light about inside processes going on in NDVO and help other fellow forum members who have applied post June !
