What will be the next after a positive PER? If there is an interview, will it come first or the medical request come first? Thanks.

you will receive a letter from CIO mentioning your file transfer to respective VO. Then you will receive your 2nd AOR from VO. Your ecas should reflect RBVO. Then comes the IN PROCESS stage on your ecas, if you are lucky you would receive a MED/PCC/PPR/RPRF request or if things move otherwise you will receive a interview prior to that

All documents except work experience certificates and employment letters have to notarized copies. Do not send originals of education, marriage, birth certificate etc. Only work ex need to be original. Not sure why the marriage certificate would come from primary or university.

Make sure you include all documents including yearly marksheets of your graduation and post graduation (as applicable). Remember, more the documentation validating your credentials - both work and education, the better.

Bank statements are required for a year, however, a bank certificate should be for an amount equal to or more than the required proof of funds. I personally didnt prefer a bank statement because though it proves source of funds, it does not necessarily mean that I will have the required amount equivalent to the proof of funds available in the account.

Documents need to be sent to the CIO, Sydney, Nova Scotia. Complete details are available here:

All the best with your application!

Cheers!

Thanks that was of great help:

Sorry that was pasted by mistake: What i wanted to ask was about educational proofs: From primary to uni... So you're suggesting that the education documents should all be notrized copies? Also the birth and marriage certificates should be notarized copies?

Thanks once again!!

Smiley Yes...anything that is not work experience related should be notarized. You also should write a separate letter requesting for your original work experience certificates and documents to be returned to you once the process is complete. Else the VO is liable to destroy them.

Does you passport include your spouse details?

Cheers!
