does anyone have an idea if requesting Caips notes truly doesn't slow down one's application?

It wont. However, you will not get any valuable info if you order Caips while still in RBVO stage.

 Roll Eyes my status changed to in process today after address being removed for around 4 weeks,anyone any idea how long you stay in process. Do you think this is a good sign.
