Noting new, same story, still RBVO, I think buffalo is the slowest visa office, can't do any thing except wait and pray. Wake up buffalo it's the end of year and lots of people waiting for good news from you.

Did any body as post June applicant with Buffalo visa office, got any information/update from Buffalo? I am still waiting in RBVO since May 2011. According to the Post 26/6 members immigration tracker page ( https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AiJy8Qu8lcQbdGxiSnNhME5sVi1uRlZtUWNhOEFwemc), Buffalo visa office is still at pending many applications in year 2010 and also in year 2011. Not sure when we will get medical call ? Any body got any news from Buffalo office, please update us! Lets hope that Buffalo visa office will be much faster in year 2012 !!! |

hi
from this monring, mine too, my application filed on may 2011, now RBVO and has no medical request yet, my GCMS notes says due date is may 2012. and also says documents requested in june and due time oct 2011, but in fact, i didnt recieve any thing from buffalo office, should i ask them about it?, pls help me

A lot of people's address disappeared today, It must be system updates. As far a process in Buffalo, Some Sept-Oct 2010 applicants got transferred to other VO's including me.
I wouldn't make much of the due date on GCMS since it is always one year from PER and now Buffalo is not complying with such dates

hey Rod..  how r u? i just read the above comment from Prasad.i saw the same thing in my GCMS notes that- On the 'Application Correspondence' page, 'Request to issue' coloumn-it says that they requested some kind of 'letter' & the due date was in july. 2011, but in fact,but I also didnt recieve any thing from buffalo office.. Please comment on that.. All the very Best..  |

Could it be the date your PER was due? For example in my GCMS the PER was due later in february but I got it a few days earlier... I don't know how detailed or how much info you obtained from tyour GCMS. Most of the forumers that I have talked to had no useful information or any annotations in GCMS. Have you contacted Buffalo before? No my due date on GCMS is March 2012.And the due date for that letter was in July 2011... Really dont know what it is.. |

Hi All,
It seems like 'thebeast184' (applied in October 2010) got this file transferred from Buffalo to Los-Angeles office in January 2012.
Also, on the immigration tracker Excel sheet, nobody who applied after September 2010 got any progress from Buffalo office. It seems like they are now transferring files from Buffalo to other offices in the US.
Lets hope that this will make the processing fast !!!
