Agent promised to check her bank this week. I shoot her an email again hours ago. I will keep you posted too. I am really deeply hoping we made it to the cap. This is what I'm worried about. |

Dear Seniors, kindly advise me,
It is becoming very strange now...
My application was received by CIO on 20 April for NOC 7216, , till now I did not receive any email from CIO... i am very worried, i can see from the tracking sheet that many people whose applications were received even after 21 April are getting PER... even some May applicants
Do u know any other case similiar with no reply what so ever from CIO till now positive or negative??

I think now you can check ur status throgh E-cas
hi Dubaiite again, i checked my e-case, the status mentioned is " Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete " when i clicked the link it is mentioned: "We received your application for permanent residence on April 21, 2011. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 1, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us." is this considered as a PER as I did not receive till now any email or letter saying PER and also it not mentioned in the e-case that it is a PER? please advise |
