Received Application on Mar 11, 2011.
Visa Card Charged: Mar 15, 2011.

AND Still Waiting ......................................................

I did e-mail to them yesterday to know rhe status. And they replied me promptly giving the Application Number E00000..... and saying your file is waiting for the officer review.

When I used the file number to know the status. The online satus saying your apllication reveiw is completed and we have sent you letter on April 07, 2011. But I did not get any mail or email after applying on March 15, 2011.

I am confused what's going on?

Hi Guys, the timeliness chart here is very reliable. I got mine today but it is a NER. I thought my experience as a Health Medical Claims Examiner   corresponds to NOC 1233, however the CIO officer said its not ....

After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the position as described in NOC.  As such, I am not satisfied that you are a 1233 – Insurance Adjuster and Claim Examiner.
 
My job title is listed in the list of possible job titles for NOC1233 but the reviewing officer denied my application.

Thank for all the wishes, may you all fulfill your dreams. As for me, this is not my destiny. Time to move on.

I am sorry to hear about ur NER but never give up hope wish u good luck for future and as per my knowledge 29 NOC will remain same for the period starting from 1st July 2011. I also applied under 1233 can u please share did u receive file number E00xxxxxx before getting the NER and what duties u mentioned in ur job description?

You have 2 options either to wait while checking your e-cas with your application number  and see if anything happen in ecase or call them to clarify.

Yesterday I did e-mail them and they sent me this reply. And I amazed to know that E-CAS is not reliable.

It is currently awaiting review by an officer.  No letter has been sent. Notification will be sent upon completion of the assessment of the file.  It will be sent via the e-mail address on your application.

The online system (E-CAS) is a computer system that automatically updates during key periods throughout the creation and assessment of your file. However, at times the information that is transferred to the E-CAS system is erroneous. This issue has been brought to the attention of the appropriate party for resolution.

Thank you for your patience."

May I just inquire. Have you been into the medical stage and RPRF stage then? I would just like to know since I had been into that stage now and the application results nowadays are very unexpected.

I sent my application  FSW1 to CIO sydney Nova Scotia which they received on 21st January 2011 and sent me a mail i.e. PER on 17th march 2011. My ecas status is received by visa office. Since march i have not received any communication i.e 2nd AOR from new delhi visa office. I came to know by reading posts on this forum that 2nd AOR usually comes within a month after getting the PER ,then why i have not received any communication nor 2nd AOR from new delhi visa office. what i should do? why there is so much delay in sending the 2nd AOR?
what i should do?

Same here, my visa office is sydney, i went to chc sydney to enquire about my process they said me that they havent open my file yet, once it is open then case officer will contact you!

Hello. There seems to be a delay in your application already. I applied January 5, 2011 and received my AOR March and April of this year. Now I am done with my medical and RPRF already only waiting for my PPR that I hope will come soon.

The best thing you can do is to contact your visa office oe send an email to them to follow up. Best regards and good luck.
