Possible to change from trv to twp before restoration status expire

Hi, Job-seeker:

Now i have applied the TRV under restoration of status and already submitted to CIC on line.  Now My LMO is valid until Jan.2012.  If I want to change my application status from TRV to TWP (Temporary Worker Permit), can I call CIC to remove my case and resubmit the TWP application instead?

Restoration status is valid until mid of SEPTEMBER.

Sorry didn't quite get the question. I will send you my email thru your inbox. Please email me your details. All along I thought you're trying to change your status from that of a caregiver (temporary foreign worker) to that of a caregiver (under the live in caregiver program).
